Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the StressAId platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization (including but not limited to a company, educational institution, or government agency), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms, and "you" and "your" shall refer to that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

StressAId is operated by Morph Tech Inc., a corporation duly registered and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines (SEC Registration No. 2026010231460-00, TIN 694-386-131), with its principal office in the Philippines ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

StressAId is an AI-powered stress management and wellness platform that provides the following tools and features:

• Stress Assessments — Structured questionnaires designed to help users evaluate and track their personal stress levels over time.
• AI Wellness Companion — An artificial intelligence chatbot that provides general wellness guidance, stress management tips, and educational information based on Coach Ricky's methodology.
• Coaching Videos — Pre-recorded educational video content from Coach Ricky covering stress management techniques, breathing exercises, and wellness strategies.
• Mood Tracking — Daily mood logging and visualization tools for personal wellness monitoring.
• Journaling — A private digital journal for self-reflection with optional AI-powered prompts.
• Breathing Exercises — Guided breathing techniques for stress relief and relaxation.
• Wellness Games — Interactive activities designed to promote mindfulness and mental focus.
• Organizational Wellness Reports — Aggregated and anonymized wellness data reports for organizational administrators.

To use StressAId, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an individual account.
• Users between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years of age may access StressAId only through an institutional deployment (school or organization) with verified parental or guardian consent as required by Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and applicable Department of Education (DepEd) and Commission on Higher Education (CHED) regulations.
• Children under thirteen (13) years of age are not permitted to use StressAId under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service for violating these Terms.

Organizations deploying StressAId for minors are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary parental consents and ensuring compliance with applicable child protection regulations, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).

Access to StressAId requires authentication through Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to access the following information from your Google account:

• Your name and email address
• Your Google profile photograph

No passwords are stored by StressAId. Authentication is managed entirely through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol via Supabase Auth.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods
• All activities that occur under your StressAId account
• Notifying us immediately at support@stressaidph.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

All new accounts are assigned the "user" role by default. Role escalation (Coach, Organization Administrator, System Administrator) is managed exclusively by authorized system administrators and cannot be self-assigned.

StressAId operates on a freemium model. Users may browse certain public content freely. Access to premium features (AI chat, assessments, video library, mood tracking, journaling, breathing exercises, and games) requires an active paid subscription.

• No Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. When your subscription period expires, you must manually initiate a new subscription to continue accessing premium features. You will not be charged without your affirmative action.
• Payment Processing. All payments are securely processed by PayMongo, a BSP-licensed payment processor in the Philippines. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or e-wallet credentials on our servers.
• Accepted Payment Methods. Credit card, debit card, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and other payment methods supported by PayMongo.
• Currency. All transactions are denominated and settled exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• Official Receipts. Electronic receipts for all paid subscriptions are available upon request in compliance with BIR regulations.

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate access granted upon payment, the following refund policy applies:

• General Rule. All subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced and access to premium features has been activated.
• Exception — Service Failure. A full or partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Morph Tech Inc. if we fail to deliver the subscribed services due to a platform defect, extended outage exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, or billing error attributable to us.
• Refund Requests. To request a refund under the exception above, contact us at support@stressaidph.com within thirty (30) days of the incident with your transaction reference number and a description of the issue.
• Consumer Protection. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) or any other applicable consumer protection law.

You agree to use StressAId solely for its intended purpose — personal stress management and wellness. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or personal information
• Share, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or harassing through community features
• Use the AI Wellness Companion to generate content for commercial resale, academic fraud, or purposes unrelated to personal wellness
• Upload or introduce any malicious code, virus, worm, trojan, or other harmful material to the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use any automated means to access or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its related systems and networks
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Service, including subscription paywalls

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice and without refund.

The AI Wellness Companion is an artificial intelligence feature designed to provide general stress management guidance. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI provides general wellness information based on Coach Ricky's educational content and publicly available stress management techniques. It does not provide personalized medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical advice.
• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, generalizations, or information that is not applicable to your specific situation.
• The AI is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or any other qualified healthcare professional.
• You should never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the AI Wellness Companion.
• In the event of a crisis, emergency, or if you feel you may harm yourself or others, you should immediately contact emergency services (911) or the National Center for Mental Health Crisis Hotline at 1553 or 0917-899-8727. The AI is not equipped to handle crisis situations.
• AI conversations are processed server-side using third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). While we implement strong security measures, no system is perfectly secure. Do not share highly sensitive personal information (government IDs, financial credentials, passwords) in AI conversations.

The stress assessments provided on StressAId are self-evaluation tools designed for educational and personal awareness purposes. They are:

• Not clinical instruments. Assessment results do not constitute a medical or psychological diagnosis.
• Not validated as medical tests. While developed based on established stress management principles, these assessments have not been submitted for regulatory approval as medical devices under Philippine FDA regulations or any equivalent international body.
• For informational purposes only. Results are intended to help you understand your self-reported stress levels and track general trends over time.
• Not a basis for employment, academic, or legal decisions. No employment action, academic evaluation, or legal proceeding should be based solely on StressAId assessment results.

If your assessment results indicate elevated stress levels, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed healthcare professional for proper evaluation and guidance.

"User-Generated Content" refers to any data you create within StressAId, including but not limited to journal entries, mood logs, AI conversation transcripts, community posts, and assessment responses.

• Ownership. You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content. By using StressAId, you grant Morph Tech Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• Privacy. Your journal entries, mood logs, AI conversations, and assessment responses are private by default. They are never shared with your employer, organization administrator, or any third party in identifiable form. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Community Content. Content you voluntarily post in community features (if enabled) may be visible to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you share publicly.
• Deletion. You may request deletion of your User-Generated Content at any time by contacting us at privacy@stressaidph.com. Upon verification of your identity, we will delete your content within thirty (30) days, subject to our data retention obligations under applicable law.

Organizations (companies, schools, government agencies) may subscribe to StressAId to provide wellness resources to their members. When your account is linked to an organization:

• Aggregated Reports Only. Organizational administrators receive only aggregated and anonymized wellness reports. These reports show trends and statistics for groups, not individuals. Your organization administrator cannot view your individual journal entries, mood logs, AI conversations, assessment answers, or any other personal data.
• Membership Visibility. Your organization administrator can see that you are a member of the organization and whether you have an active account. They cannot see your usage details or content.
• Data Isolation. Your personal wellness data remains fully private regardless of your organizational affiliation. Row-Level Security (RLS) database policies enforce this isolation at the infrastructure level.
• Organization Responsibility. Organizations deploying StressAId are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from their members, complying with their own internal data privacy policies, and ensuring their use of aggregated reports complies with applicable labor laws, including the Philippine Labor Code, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations, and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

All content, features, and functionality of the StressAId platform — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video content, coaching materials, AI models, and proprietary algorithms — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Morph Tech Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Philippine intellectual property laws (Republic Act No. 8293 — Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines), international copyright conventions, and other applicable intellectual property treaties.

• The "StressAId" name, logo, and associated trade dress are trademarks of Morph Tech Inc.
• Coach Ricky's video content, coaching methodologies, and educational materials are proprietary content licensed exclusively to Morph Tech Inc. for use within the StressAId platform.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from StressAId without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as part of your normal use of the Service.

Your use of StressAId is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By using StressAId, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key privacy commitments include:

• We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties
• All AI processing occurs server-side via encrypted edge functions
• Your wellness data is protected by Row-Level Security at the database level
• You may exercise your rights under RA 10173 at any time (access, correction, deletion, portability)

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Uptime. While we target high availability, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Modifications. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. For material changes that significantly affect your use, we will provide reasonable notice through in-app notifications or email.
• Version Updates. StressAId is continuously improved. New versions are deployed automatically and may include new features, improvements, or removal of deprecated features. A "What's New" notification will inform you of significant changes.
• Data Preservation. In the event we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least sixty (60) days' notice and allow you to export your personal data during that period.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Morph Tech Inc., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your reliance on stress assessments, AI-generated content, or any other information provided through the Service. You assume full responsibility for how you use information obtained from StressAId.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of third-party services integrated with StressAId, including but not limited to Google (authentication), PayMongo (payments), and Anthropic/OpenAI (AI processing).

This limitation of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines and applicable consumer protection statutes.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Morph Tech Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights
• Any content you submit, post, or share through the Service
• Your misuse of stress assessment results or AI-generated information

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. No refund will be issued for the remaining portion of an active subscription period. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@stressaidph.com.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice and without refund, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order
• Your continued use poses a security risk to the Service or other users
• Your account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

Morph Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, epidemic, government orders, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, and acts of third-party service providers.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service:

• Negotiation. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.
• Mediation. If negotiation fails, the parties shall submit the dispute to mediation under the auspices of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or any mutually agreed mediator.
• Litigation. If mediation fails, any remaining dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Quezon City, Philippines.

Each party shall bear its own costs of dispute resolution, except that the prevailing party in any litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Applicable Philippine laws include but are not limited to:

• Republic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012
• Republic Act No. 8792 — Electronic Commerce Act of 2000
• Republic Act No. 7394 — Consumer Act of the Philippines
• Republic Act No. 11036 — Philippine Mental Health Act
• Republic Act No. 8293 — Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines
• Civil Code of the Philippines — Obligations and Contracts

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
• We will notify you through an in-app notification, email, or a prominent notice on the platform at least fifteen (15) days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service before the effective date. Any unused portion of a prepaid subscription may be subject to pro-rata refund at our discretion.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Compliance page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Morph Tech Inc. with respect to the use of StressAId and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
