1. Acceptance

By using StressAId, you agree to these Terms of Service. StressAId is operated by Morph Tech Inc.

2. Service Description

StressAId is an AI-powered stress management platform that provides wellness assessments, coaching videos, AI companion conversations, mood tracking, and journaling tools. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

3. Accounts

• Sign-in is via Google OAuth only — no passwords are stored
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• All new accounts are created with a "user" role
• You must be at least 18 years old to use StressAId

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• StressAId offers Quarterly (₱447) and Annual (₱1,788) subscription plans
• All prices are in Philippine Pesos and include 12% VAT
• Payments are processed securely by PayMongo
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew
• No refunds for unused subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Share harmful, threatening, or abusive content in community features
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform

6. AI Disclaimer

StressAId's AI features are not a substitute for professional mental health care. The AI companion provides general wellness guidance based on coaching content. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 1553 or visit our Crisis Resources page.

7. Organization Reports

If you link your account to an organization, anonymized and aggregated data may be included in organizational reports. Your individual conversations, journal entries, and assessment details are never shared with your organization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on StressAId — including videos, assessments, and AI responses — is the property of Morph Tech Inc. and Coach RJ. You may not redistribute or reproduce this content.

9. Limitation of Liability

StressAId is provided "as is." Morph Tech Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform. We are not a healthcare provider.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
