The AI features provide general wellness guidance, not clinical diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
Stress assessment results are not medical evaluations and should not be interpreted as such.

Organization and school dashboards only display anonymized, aggregate wellness data. Individual user records are never exposed to administrators or employers.

Right to Data Deletion

Users can request complete deletion of their personal data at any time. We honor all deletion requests promptly in accordance with RA 10173.

Encrypted in Transit and at Rest

All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols both during transmission (TLS/HTTPS) and while stored in our databases (AES-256 encryption at rest).

Server-Side AI Processing

All AI computations run server-side via secure edge functions. No sensitive data is processed on the client device, eliminating client-side data exposure risks.

Philippine Mental Health Act

StressAId is built to help organizations and educational institutions comply with Republic Act 11036, which mandates the integration of mental health services in schools and workplaces. Our platform provides the digital tools needed to implement wellness programs, track engagement, and generate compliance documentation.

RA 10173

Data Privacy Act of 2012

Full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act, including proper consent mechanisms, transparent data processing notices, designated Data Protection Officer, breach notification protocols, and support for data subject rights (access, correction, deletion). Registered with the National Privacy Commission.

DepEd / CHED

School Deployment Compliance

For school deployments, StressAId adheres to Department of Education (DepEd) and Commission on Higher Education (CHED) guidelines for student data handling, parental consent for minors, age-appropriate content delivery, and coordination with school guidance counselors for safety escalation protocols.
